MoveFit Mobility Training
MoveFit Mobility Training is a personalized approach to improving how your body moves. It focuses on building both flexibility—your ability to express joint motion passively—and mobility—your ability to express joint motion actively.
Your training experience is customized based on what we learn about your body during the MoveFit Discovery and Assessment Session. Together, we’ll identify your goals and connect them to the deeper motivation that drives your desire to move and feel better.
MoveFit Mobility Training meets you where you are and provides the guidance, support, and accountability to help you move with more freedom and confidence.
Who is MoveFit Mobility Training for?
MoveFit Mobility Training is ideal for you if you meet the following two criteria:
You are free from major injury or chronic pain.
This training is designed for individuals without significant joint limitations or musculoskeletal conditions.
If you are currently managing an injury or ongoing pain, you may be better suited for Movement Therapy. Learn more about Movement Therapy HERE.You are motivated and ready to engage.
Improvements in mobility take time, consistency, and effort. MoveFit Mobility Training is for those who are committed to the process and ready to be fully involved in their growth.

If you’re ready to get started, you can move directly to Step 2A.
Step 2A: MoveFit Mobility Training Discovery & Assessment Session
Before your session, you’ll complete two short items:
MoveFit Mobility Training Intake Form – shares your health and injury history, current lifestyle habits (such as exercise, nutrition, and sleep), and your specific training goals.
5 Whys Exercise – helps uncover your deeper motivation, exploring why your goals matter and what you truly want to experience through this process.
During the session, we’ll review your forms to understand your movement history, central motivations, and objectives. Then, we’ll complete a movement assessment to capture your current mobility baseline.
This gives us a clear foundation to design a personalized program that helps you progress safely and effectively toward your goals.
Step 2B: Discuss the Assessment Results & Set Your First Mobility Training Session
After your assessment, we’ll review your results and schedule your first mobility training session.
