Though he loves to meet people from all walks of life, Luke’s clients have included college sports teams, professional athletes, and movie stars. He’s worked in gyms and on fields across the world, and with outdoor adventure programs. He’s a former collegiate athlete and enjoys cycling, hiking, running, and natural movement fitness.
Luke has spent his life as a student of movement and lifestyle, focusing how the body, mind, emotions, and environment affect wellbeing, behavior, and performance. His warm personal demeanor helps him develop an individualized partnership-style approach to the unique needs of each client.
