Use the Movement Assessments to establish your individual baseline and current way of being as it relates to your body by assessing your health and injury history, movement quality, behavioral patterns, and environmental influences.

Once your movement profile has been established, Movement Therapy and Massage Therapy sessions will focus on resolving injury and pain by restoring the restricted movement pathways to regain your full capacity to move.
